I have been spending a few hours today on getting assignment 2 done.  I was going really well until I wanted to go onto the Library site and look up some journal articles.  For some reason it wont accept my log in, so now I have to wait until it decides I can log in. I have posted a comment on the LMS to see if anyone else is having problems, but havent had an answer yet. 
I have found some really good resources for this assignment.  I have decided that I am going to buy one of the books that I used as I really liked it and think that it could come in really handy.  
When I was reading the books, I was amazed by how much nutrition affects childrens day-to-day life.  As a mother I always knew if my children ate too much 'bad food', they would misbehave, but I guess I just didnt click that it would affect their concentration and that in turn would affect their school experience.  
I am glad that their school is implementing a healthier approach to what is in their lunchboxes.  
I had a look at Teachertube today and from what I saw its fantastic.  I wasnt on the site very long because I was 'on a roll' with my assignment, but Ill definately be going back to have a look around.
