I have decided that I am going to make my own personal Wiki to store information and webpages that I get along the course of my degree.  

That was really easy!  In about 2 seconds flat I have myself a new Wiki that I can start to put all my uni stuff into.  I really like this idea as I will be able to access it anywhere there is access to the internet. As a first year student I am sure this will come in handy when I go to prac and first start teaching when I finish my degree.

Our Wiki is finished and looks great!  This was my first taste of teachers work and I really liked it.  I am looking forward to learning more about lesson plans and planning a project for my own class.  I have learnt a lot about myself and technology doing this assignment.  I have found it challenging and really rewarding at the same time.

Iam typing this blog on my phone. I wanted to see how it would be on a mobile and I must say its not too easy.  I can not see all of my typing and the screen has a delay in displaying what iI am tying. I  can not select the text to enlarge and change colour to make it look the same as my other blogs. I think this is a good example of the limits of a mobile phone. Im not sure if this is appropriate, but I have been trying to look at technologies in other places and not just on the internet.

I have just submitted my assignment 2 and realised that I havent blogged about any technologies that I used to complete the task.

I have just about finished Assignment 2, but still can not find a refereed conference paper. I have put my problem onto the LMS, however I dont think I wrote it correctly as the answers I have recieved dont help.  I can get results for my search, but they all say that full text is not available online, however I have ticked the box that says full text online.  Very frusturating as I was hoping to get this assignment finished so I can focus on assignment 3.

I did a serach on the internet for other bookmarking sites and came accross Top 5 social bookmarking services. According to Pandia the top 5 are; Furl, Netvouz, Del.icio.us, Ma.gnolia and Bluedot.  My computer would not allow me to look at Furl and Bluedot it didnt find.  Ma.gnolia has shutdown.  Netvous and Del.iciou.us both came up when I searched them.  The article was printed on 28 November 2006.

I have been experiencing alot of problems on Yola this week.  My peer suggested that I increase the text size on my website and now that it has been bought to my attention, I agree that the text is too small and straining on the eyes.  However, I have not had any success enlarging the text in my blog.  I have gone into the blog manager, highlighted the text and increased the font size, however it does not save the changes and part of the text looks like it has 1.5 line spacing and other parts...
